In 2006, Effy obtained her Real Estate license and since then has been through many cycles of the real estate market.

In 2020 Effy began as Team Leader at the Effy group. At her core, Effy is an educator and has a passion for passing on the lessons she has learned in her career to her team and clients. Effy has dedicated her professional time to being a hands on leader with her agents and building strong connections with clients while educating clients on multiple facets of the Real Estate process.
