Rachael is a Maryland native and grew up in Baltimore County. For 17 years, Rachael spent her career in the dental field. As much as Rachael adored her dental career, Real Estate was a dream of hers. After some signs from the Universe, she took the leap.

“Life is too short, I did not want to look back in life regretting I hadn’t followed those signs”.

Thus, she began working as a Front Desk Processor at a brokerage and quickly worked her way to becoming a Client Care Coordinator. Rachael was adored by her co-workers and clients. She describes herself as “a people person” who “thrives on client satisfaction”. Rachael obtained her Real Estate license after being at in the industry for just 4 months. She was that good. 

In 2023, Rachael became a full time agent with the Effy group and fits in like a glove. She prides herself on always keeping the client in mind. She will go to great lengths to ensure her clients are happy, satisfied, and advocated for in their contracts. Speaking of contracts…did we mention she’s a paperwork wizard? Well, she is.
